Prototype Manufacturing

In our prototype workshop, 3D data is transformed into physical components for the first time. We manufacture a wide range of parts, including sheet metal components, plastic parts via 3D printing or injection molding, milled and turned components.

For designs not created in-house, we analyze manufacturability and assembly feasibility, making necessary adjustments when required. We also provide expert consultation on selecting the most suitable manufacturing process based on quality, cost, and time constraints.

To ensure optimal realism and functionality, we offer additional finishing services, including:

Painting visible components
Leather trimming for interior parts
Laminated glass (VSG) trimming
Integration of electrical & electronic systems into prototypes
Test rigs for endurance testing or prototype wiring harnesses
