Prototype parts and initial series-production components often require physical property testing and dimensional accuracy analysis to ensure compliance with design specifications.
With our mobile laser scanner, we can capture components in our laboratory or directly on site and compare them with the data model. This often allows conclusions to be drawn about problems in the production process or component design, so that targeted adjustments can be made.
Additionally, we conduct component-specific load testing, generating performance characteristic curves—for example, as preparation for crash tests.
