To quickly produce prototypes and development-stage components without tooling costs, additive manufacturing (3D printing) has become an essential technology. It also offers cost-effective solutions for fixture production and small-series tooling.

Functional parts for early-stage vehicle builds, testing, or prototype vehicles must often meet specific mechanical, optical, or haptic requirements. Depending on the application, we fine-tune printing parameters, preparation methods, and material selection to ensure optimal results. We also analyze CAD models for potential optimizations, leveraging our years of experience in additive manufacturing to improve printability and functional performance.

Our industrial-grade 3D printers enable the production of parts with high material quality, fine resolution, high bending stiffness, and excellent fracture resistance. When standard materials (comparable to PA6 GF30) are insufficient, we offer continuous fiber-reinforced printing for enhanced strength. Our goal is to match 3D-printed parts as closely as possible to series-production components.
